Ordering Information for EastBeach Designs

General Information

An option for gold or silver coloured wiring or finishings is given for each item. Many pieces are also available in sterling silver upon request. We can also provide a choice of crystal, pearl and glass bead colours to suit your needs. All tiaras can be adapted and re-sized for bridesmaids. We are happy to customise any piece for you as every item is made individually to order, but please note that for some materials there may be an additional cost to the price shown. As all of our designs are individually handcrafted you should be aware that very slight variations may occur. Please ensure you read our full Terms and Conditions before ordering, as by ordering, you are deemed to accept these terms.

Personal and Bespoke Service

If you wish to have some minor changes incorporated into a featured design, for example, different coloured crystals or pearls, then please make a note on our online Order Form, or contact us to discuss your requirements. Please include your email address or a contact telephone number, and we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. With our bespoke service, we can assist you to create a unique piece to suit your individual needs. Please contact us for a no obligation quote. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed and paid for using the online shopping cart provided by PayPal. You do not need your own PayPal account to pay via PayPal. The secure PayPal shopping cart accepts payments via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For our international customers, the checkout system will automatically convert the purchase into your own currency for you. Once we have received notification of your purchase we will email you to confirm said purchase and advise delivery details. Please note that a contract does not exist between us until we have confirmed acceptance of the order. This term is simply to protect us incase of product unavailability or pricing error. Should such an error have occurred we would of course refund you immediately. For bespoke items, alterations and other crystal colour choices not specified in the shopping cart menu, place your order by completing the online Order Form, or contact us with your requirements. After confirmation of your requirements, EastBeach Designs will invoice you via email with the option to pay via PayPal, cheque or postal order. In all cases, payment in full is required before goods are designed and despatched.


Payments by cheque or postal order are also accepted. Email us or use our contact form. Cheques should be made payable to C Bond and sent to C Bond, EastBeach Designs, White Sands, Coulardbank Road, Lossiemouth, Moray, IV31 6FD. Please include your full name, address, cheque guarantee card number, and the name, colourway and description of the product ordered.

Delivery Timescales

We do not carry any standard or stock items. Current make and dispatch timescales are clearly stated on our home page. All pieces are individually handmade to order and will usually be sent within 8 to 14 weeks depending on the size and nature of the order. Please note that at some periods, timings may be longer. The current delivery timescale is clearly stated on every product page. If your order is more urgent, please contact us by email prior to placing your order to see if we can accommodate your timescale. There may be a small charge for priority orders.

UK Delivery Details and Charges

All prices quoted exclude delivery charges. All items will be wrapped in acid-free tissue, beautifully boxed or gift-packaged and sent via either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the product.

Orders priced up to £18.00 will be sent via Recorded Delivery (£3.95). A signature will be required. Please note that Recorded Delivery items can, at times, take up to 15 days to be delivered.

Orders priced over £18.00 will be sent via fully insured Special Next Day Delivery (£7.95). Items will require a signature.

Worldwide Delivery Charges

Delivery outside the UK is not included in our standard checkout. Please add the International Shipping Addition ( of £4.05) to your shopping cart when making a purchase. This can be found on every product page. Or contact us before purchasing for a direct PayPal invoice. If you complete the online checkout without including the International Shipping Addition, we will subsequently invoice you for the additional £4.05 postage amount required prior to make and dispatch.

Items will be despatched via insured International Signed For Delivery or Airsure for maximum security. This usually takes 4 – 7 working days but can take up to 28 days in some circumstances. Please note that although a tracking number is obtained, once the parcel has left the UK, it cannot be tracked internationally via Royal Mail.

EastBeach Designs can not be held responsible for any failure by Royal Mail or international services to deliver the package or for any failure by the recipient to accept delivery. Proof of postage and/or tracking is always obtained. A parcel is not deemed missing or lost until 28 days have passed. After this time we will assist you with a claim through Royal Mail.
